The Role:
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards whilst delivering exceptional levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults
- Carring out servicing and maintenance work
- Completing vehicle health checks
- Performing routine and complex repairs
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining high levels of workshop productivity and quality
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership
Technician Levels Available:
- Prep Technician - up to £35,000
- Service & Maintenance Technician - up to £36,200
- Service & Diagnostic Technician - up to £38,600
- Senior Technician - up to £41,000
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership environment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- Own tools
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
