Multi-Trade Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters Required – Ongoing Work (Kent)
We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters / Property Maintenance Operatives for an established property maintenance contractor working across Kent postcode areas. This is ongoing work with approximately 6 months secured, offering consistent daily assignments and an immediate start for suitable candidates.
The Role:You will be carrying out a variety of kitchen and bathroom installation and maintenance works, including but not limited to:
- Kitchen fitting and repairs
- Bathroom installations and refurbishments
- General multi-trade maintenance works
- Basic plumbing, carpentry, and finishing works
Kent and surrounding postcode areas
Pay:- £180 per day
- CIS / self-employed (to be confirmed at screening stage)
- Paid via agency for the first 4 weeks, then direct payment with client on a 4-week cycle thereafter
To be considered, you must have:
- Your own van
- Your own tools
- Valid public liability insurance
- Asbestos Awareness certificate
- Proven experience in kitchen and/or bathroom fitting or multi-trade property maintenance
- Reliability and ability to work independently on occupied properties
