Multi-Trade Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters Required – Ongoing Work (Kent)

We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters / Property Maintenance Operatives for an established property maintenance contractor working across Kent postcode areas. This is ongoing work with approximately 6 months secured, offering consistent daily assignments and an immediate start for suitable candidates.

The Role:

You will be carrying out a variety of kitchen and bathroom installation and maintenance works, including but not limited to:

  • Kitchen fitting and repairs
  • Bathroom installations and refurbishments
  • General multi-trade maintenance works
  • Basic plumbing, carpentry, and finishing works
Location:

Kent and surrounding postcode areas

Pay:
  • £180 per day
  • CIS / self-employed (to be confirmed at screening stage)
  • Paid via agency for the first 4 weeks, then direct payment with client on a 4-week cycle thereafter
Requirements:

To be considered, you must have:

  • Your own van
  • Your own tools
  • Valid public liability insurance
  • Asbestos Awareness certificate
  • Proven experience in kitchen and/or bathroom fitting or multi-trade property maintenance
  • Reliability and ability to work independently on occupied properties
