We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance contractor for an experienced Electrician to join their growing team. Working across occupied and void residential properties in Tonbridge and surrounding areas, you will carry out a variety of planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrician with experience in domestic property maintenance who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Full and partial domestic rewires (surface and concealed)
- Electrical installations within kitchens and bathrooms, including cookers, showers, sockets, lighting and extractor fans
- Installation and maintenance of heating controls and electrical components for wet heating systems
- Consumer unit and distribution board replacements
- Installation of SWA sub-mains and tails
- Installation and maintenance of domestic fire alarm systems
- Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Testing and inspection of electrical installations
- PAT testing of company-owned properties and equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
- Complete all certification and job documentation accurately
- Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations, health and safety legislation and company procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied homes
- Undertake occasional electrical works within company-owned commercial premises
Essential Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- City & Guilds 2391, 2395 or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification
- 18th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations
- Category B Asbestos Awareness
- Face Fit Mask compliant (clean shaven or willing to use specialist PPE)
- Full UK Driving Licence
