Premier Recruitment Hub are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading property maintenance company based in Tonbridge, delivering reactive and planned works across housing association contracts. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operatives and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of maintenance operatives and subcontractors
- Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance works
- Allocate jobs, manage workloads and monitor progress
- Carry out site visits, inspections and quality control checks
- Liaise with housing associations, tenants and internal teams
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional standards
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Support job sign-offs, reporting and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader within property maintenance
- Strong building maintenance knowledge (multi-trade desirable)
- Experience working on housing association/social housing contracts
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
