Premier Recruitment Hub is working in partnership with a growing construction and fabrication business based in Essex who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor on a part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor seeking flexibility, whether you are currently freelancing, managing multiple projects, or looking for a better work life balance in a stable and supportive environment.
The Role:
- Managing project costs from initial stages through to completion
- Preparing valuations and variations
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Supporting the commercial performance of projects
- Working within a friendly and professional office based team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or fabrication
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Comfortable working in an office based role
- Available for two to three days per week
