We are seeking experienced Contracts Managers who are open to a temp-to-perm opportunity over a 12-week initial period, with a strong view to becoming a permanent member of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage one live commercial maintenance contract
- Oversee subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure delivery within budget, programme, and specification
- Attend site visits and client meetings
- Manage variations, valuations, and contract performance
- Maintain health & safety compliance across all works
- Produce regular progress and commercial reports
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (construction or FM/property maintenance)
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
- Comfortable managing multiple live sites/contracts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
