We are currently recruiting for our Clients a Property Maintenance Company an experienced Contract Supervisor to join a growing and fast-paced team covering contracts across Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in social housing, repairs, maintenance, or property services who enjoys being out on site, leading teams, and making sure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role offers the perfect balance between site supervision and office-based coordination, making it ideal for someone who is hands-on, organised, and confident managing both operatives and client expectations.
As Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring works are completed on time, safely, and to the required standards. You will be:
- Supervising operatives and subcontractors on site
