Our client is a highly respected and growing construction company based in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex, delivering a wide range of commercial construction projects across Essex and the home counties. With an excellent reputation for quality, professionalism, and client satisfaction, they are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Estimator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded estimator who enjoys taking ownership of projects from tender stage through to contract award. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates across a variety of commercial construction projects.
You will play a key role in the pre-construction process, ensuring all costs are carefully assessed and quotations are delivered to the highest standard. You will be responsible for estimating and pricing all aspects of construction works, including:
- Full commercial build projects
- Plumbing and mechanical works
- Carpentry and joinery
- Groundworks and civils
- Roofing and external works
- Internal fit-out and finishing packages
- Labour, materials and subcontractor costs
