Premier Recruitment Hub is currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to join a growing and well-established business covering the Peterborough area. This is a field-based role working across commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and catering facilities carrying out service, maintenance, repairs, and fault finding on a range of commercial catering equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Service and maintenance of commercial catering equipment
- Fault finding and repairs on gas and electrical catering appliances
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Emergency breakdown response
- Providing excellent customer service on-site
- Completing service reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer
- COMCAT qualifications preferred
- Experience with gas and electrical catering equipment
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently
