Premier Recruitment Hub is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a growing domiciliary care provider for an experienced and passionate Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead their established homecare service based in Ongar.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to take ownership of a developing service, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care and full compliance with CQC regulations.
The Role
As the CQC Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, governance, and operational management of the domiciliary care service. You will oversee a team of approximately 20 care staff supporting around 35 service users, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards, Care Act 2014, and safeguarding legislation
- Leading, supporting, and developing the care team
- Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, audits, and quality monitoring
- Managing incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns effectively
- Working closely with senior management and office support
- Providing hands-on support when required
Essential Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service
- Eligible and willing to register with the CQC
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS check
- Full UK driving licence
