Trainee Pest Control Technician

Job Advert: Trainee / Level 1 Pest Control Technician – Kent / South East LondonSalary: Up to £28,000 + OvertimePermanent | Full-Time | Company Van Provided (insurance restrictions apply – must be 21+)

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee or Level 1 Pest Control Technician to join a growing pest management business covering the Kent and South East London areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone either looking to take their first step into the pest control industry or already holding a Level 1 qualification and looking to develop further.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend customer sites to carry out pest control treatments and inspectionsProvide excellent customer service and maintain professional conductKeep accurate records and complete reports using handheld devicesEnsure compliance with health and safety and industry regulationsRepresent the company with professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

Full UK driving licenceMust be aged 21 or over (insurance requirement for company van)Good communication and problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and work independentlyAny previous pest control experience or qualifications (RSPH/BPCA Level 1) is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
