Overview
Premier Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable Family Law firm based in Romford. Our client is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to join their growing Family Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious solicitor to join a supportive firm offering high-quality work, long-term stability, and genuine career progression.
The Role
- Manage a varied and interesting caseload, including:
- Private children law matters
- Financial remedy and ancillary relief cases
- Non-molestation orders and other injunction proceedings
- Divorce and separation matters
- Privately funded work (highly desirable)
You will be responsible for running files independently, delivering clear and practical legal advice, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to business development and the ongoing growth of the department.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in Family Law
- Experience handling children, financial and injunction matters
- Exposure to privately funded work (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organisation and client-care skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
