Premier Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well established and international organisation in Dartford to recruit a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting, full-time and permanent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Material availability checks and order release to ensure production launch on plan.
  • Testing requests to QC.
  • Work with Packing Supervisor to maintain packing schedule.
  • Attend daily production scrum and action day-to-day challenges.
  • Work with operations and the warehouse to promote SAP accuracy.
  • Co-ordinate order book with warehouse/logistics to ensure shipping priorities are met.
  • BRM purchasing (DSI only).
  • Maintain metrics and dashboards.

The skills and knowledge:

  • IT Skill particularly excel and word. The person needs to be competent in excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Willing to learn and develop.
  • Solution focused.
  • Excellent mathematical and problem solving skills.
  • Time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload.
  • Interest in supply chain / business.
  • Recent graduate/college leaver looking for their first role will be considered.
