Right Match Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Greater Manchester (travel required across Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, North Wales).

We are recruiting for experienced and forward-thinking Senior Service Manager (Complex Needs). This is a full-time and permanent position working for a well-established care company in the field of mental health, learning disabilities, and autism. It is a very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support multiple supported living services
  • Lead service development, start-ups, and transitions in partnership with Locality and New Business teams
  • Ensure services meet or exceed CQC and regulatory standards
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Registered Managers, Service Managers, and frontline teams
  • Build strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and professionals
  • Manage budgets, risks, quality assurance, and continuous service improvement
  • Contribute to regional Senior Management Team discussions
  • Lead or support complex HR investigations when required
Essential Requirements:
  • Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Management/Leadership qualification (Level 3)
  • Experience as a CQC Registered Manager
  • Multi-site management experience within complex needs services
  • Experience with safeguarding, inspections, and statutory authorities
  • Financial and people management experience
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
