Project Manager – Mechanical, Electrical & Facilities Management Location: Loughton, Essex (with projects across Central London) Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience) Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and expanding business where you\’ll lead key projects across Central London. My client is a multi-disciplined company providing Mechanical, Electrical and Facilities Management services to a wide range of sectors including commercial, retail, public, private, and sports environments. Since 2013, they have built a strong reputation for delivering innovative, efficient, and dependable solutions. Their success lies in understanding client needs and providing bespoke design, installation, maintenance, and FM packages that deliver real value. With over 35 years of combined industry expertise, my client continues to grow and is now looking for skilled Project Managers to join their team. The Role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality M&E and FM projects, ensuring they run smoothly from planning through to completion. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you\’ll oversee multiple stakeholders and ensure projects meet strict compliance, safety, and performance standards.
