Role – Plumber / Mechanical Engineer Salary – £45,000 – £50,000 Location – Loughton, Essex Based in Essex, my client is a progressive, multi-disciplined company. Therefore they currently have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced plumber Duties: * Installation copper and iron pipe work. * Installation of heating systems and controls. * Removal of existing heating systems/ radiators. * Installation of sanitary ware and fittings. * Installation and maintenance of commercial and residential hot and cold water systems. * Fault finding * Supervising small plumbing teams * Ordering materials * Ensure works are installed to programme spec and drawings * Solvent welding of ABS and PVC pipe work. * Compliance checking and reporting Essential Requirements: * Fully qualified with trade apprenticeship. * Able to work to the highest possible standards. * Excellent communication skills. * Experience working on residential projects. * CSCS card holder. * Preferably at least 5 years working experience.
