Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Surrey. We are recruiting for an experienced and forward‐thinking Supported Living Service Lead. This is a full‐time, permanent position within a well‐established care company operating in the fields of mental health, learning disabilities, and autism. Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the day‐to‐day management.
  • Ensure high‐quality, person‐centred care in line with CQC standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff teams.
  • Oversee support plans tailored to each individual's needs and aspirations.
  • Manage budgets, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.
  • Drive service improvement and quality outcomes.

Personal Characteristics:

  • Proven experience managing a residential or supported living service.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and quality assurance.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
  • Resilient, compassionate leadership style with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for supporting vulnerable adults and achieving high safeguarding standards.
