We are recruiting for an experienced and forwardâthinking Supported Living Service Lead. This is a fullâtime, permanent position within a wellâestablished care company operating in the fields of mental health, learning disabilities, and autism. Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the dayâtoâday management.
- Ensure highâquality, personâcentred care in line with CQC standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff teams.
- Oversee support plans tailored to each individual's needs and aspirations.
- Manage budgets, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.
- Drive service improvement and quality outcomes.
Personal Characteristics:
- Proven experience managing a residential or supported living service.
- Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and quality assurance.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
- Resilient, compassionate leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for supporting vulnerable adults and achieving high safeguarding standards.
