Litigation Solicitor Wembley Area

Premier Recruitment Group is excited to partner with a reputable law firm in the Wembley area, seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their growing team.

The Role:

1. Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters
2. Handling contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, and employment disputes
3. Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, mediation, and court proceedings
4. Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and pleadings
5. Representing clients in negotiations, hearings, and tribunals
6. Providing high-quality legal advice while ensuring compliance with regulations

Requirements:

1. 3+ years PQE in Litigation
2. Strong technical knowledge and advocacy skills
3. Excellent negotiation and client management abilities
4. Ability to handle cases independently and work under pressure

Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience
