Are you an experienced and knowledgeable Financial Controller ready to take on a pivotal role, overseeing financial operations and shaping the future of a growing business? We are excited to be partnering with a thriving organisation to recruit a proactive Financial Controller to assist in overseeing the finance function and driving productivity within their Crayford site. This position is permanent with possible hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities: As a Financial Controller, you will: Supervise the administration of payroll and payment procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements. Oversee the creation and maintenance of the statutory and management accounts in line with regulatory requirements and audit procedures. Generating and distributing reports promptly and efficiently. Stand alone position with office of three.Requirements: As a Financial Controller, you will need: Extensive experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting. Strong understanding of business operations and financial strategy, with demonstrable examples. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, Sage Line 50 accounting package Management accounts Sage Payroll Strong Excel skills Ability to prepare & set up accurate financial spreadsheets. Budget management Plus anything else involved in managing purchase and sales ledger and payroll, as you would be the only person in the company responsible for this area.Benefits: As a Financial Controller, you will get: A salary between £45,000-£55,000. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
