Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, transfers, and mortgage deeds.
  • Conduct searches, review title documents, and assist with pre- and post-completion work.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant third parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files on the case management system.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling client queries.
  • Conduct basic legal research and ensure all work complies with current regulations and firm policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 year's experience working within a conveyancing department (residential or commercial).
