Commercial Manager – Facilities Management
Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 + Full Benefits
My client is a progressive, multi-disciplined Facilities Management company, established in 2013. They pride themselves on being at the forefront of innovative technologies, delivering high-quality Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services.

Their continued success comes from understanding client needs, building strong partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions. With over 35 years of industry experience, they provide bespoke design, installation, and maintenance packages across the commercial, retail, public, private, and sports sectors.
They are now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Loughton, reporting directly to the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations
Ensure invoices are submitted for completed works
Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes
Manage subcontractor payments and applications
Work closely with site-based teams to prepare quotations for remedial and additional works
Handle contract applications and variations
Prepare and maintain accurate project reports
Essential Requirements:
Preferably completed an Electrical or Mechanical trade apprenticeship
Minimum 5 years\’ industry experience (ideally within FM or residential projects)
Strong knowledge of FM contracts and processes
High standards of work and attention to detail
Computer literate with strong skills in Word and Excel
Excellent communication and organisational skills
