Premier Recruit are currently recruiting for 3 X HGV2 (Cat C) Driver/Drainage Operatives to work the Day shift on a Temporary to Permanent basis for a Drainage Contractor based in Swindon Wiltshire, and working in conjunction with Thames Water. We can offer an almost immediate start to the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a 2 or 3 person team unblocking drains outside properties and on the public highway.
- Work on waste water clearance & Planned Maintenance duties.
- This can be dirty & physical work, but provides a secure position with long term job security working for a National Utilities Company.
Qualifications
- HGV2 (Cat C) driving role; Newly passed Class 2 drivers are welcome to apply.
Training
Please note, the first 2 days of training will be held at the training centre in Slough. Before applying, please ensure you are able to travel to this location. The training is fully paid.
Protection & Conditions
All Personal Protective Equipment will be provided including jackets, trousers, hard hat and boots.
