Job Description
Premier Recruit are currently recruiting for 3 X HGV2 (Cat C) Drivers / Drainage Operatives to work the Day shift on a Temp to Perm basis for a Drainage Contractor based in Ware Hertfordshire, and working in conjunction with Thames Water, We can offer an almost immediate start to the right candidates.
These new positions are to start ASAP.
You will be working as part of a 2 or 3 person team unblocking drains outside properties and on the public highway and also working on waste water clearance & Maintenance.
This can sometimes be dirty & physical work but will be a secure position working on behalf of a National Utilities Company so there is long term job security.
Newly passed Class 2 drivers are most welcome to apply.
Please Note, The first 2 days training for this job will be held at the training centre which is based in Slough, before you apply for this role can you please ensure that you are ok to travel to this location.
The training is fully paid.
The shift pattern is Will be
Working on a 4 on 4 off rota with starts normally around 06.00am.
12 Hour Working Shifts , This will be paid at £16.00 - £24.00 per hour (overtime) and plenty of overtime is available at this rate of pay.
A Full UK Cat C Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
A Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
12 week Temp to perm Position.
~ Weekly pay.
