We’re a fast-growing technical production company delivering high-end audio visual experiences across corporate events, live shows, and large-scale festivals. As we scale, we’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to take ownership of how our warehouse and logistics function supports live event delivery. This is a key role for someone with strong warehouse and AV logistics experience who can step beyond day-to-day coordination and help build a more structured, scalable, and reliable production operation. You’ll work closely with our Warehouse Supervisor and Project Managers to ensure all equipment is correctly prepared, accurately tracked, and reliably delivered into live productions.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing the flow of AV equipment through the warehouse and into live events
- Ensuring kit is accurately picked, prepped, tracked, and returned across multiple projects
- Improving warehouse systems, workflows, and equipment tracking processes
- Planning warehouse capacity in line with live production schedules and demand
- Supporting smooth coordination between Project Managers and warehouse execution
- Managing sub-hire logistics including tracking, returns, and integration into warehouse systems
- Identifying bottlenecks in kit flow and implementing practical, scalable solutions
- Supporting a safe, efficient, and well-organised warehouse environment
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in warehouse operations, stock control, or logistics (essential)
- Experience in AV, live events, or technical production (strong advantage)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment
- Strong understanding of kit handling, equipment flow, and job preparation
- Naturally organised with strong attention to detail
- Practical problem-solver who can also think in systems and processes
- Confident communicator across operational and project teams
- Hands-on mindset, with the ability to improve how things work—not just run them
Why this role matters:
This role sits at the centre of how we deliver live events. You’ll help ensure our warehouse operation is not just reactive, but structured, scalable, and reliable—so every show has the right kit, in the right place, at the right time.
Benefits:
- Basic salary £35,000-£42,000 depending on experience
- Company pension scheme
- Bonus scheme
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays
- Birthday annual leave day
- Lunch allowance
