Sales Order Processor in Winsford

We are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Sales Order Processor to join our clients busy team in Winsford, Cheshire. Reporting to the Sales Supply & Distribution Manager, you will work closely with sales and operational teams, warehouse departments, customers and suppliers to ensure sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all sales orders on Sage * Liaise directly with customers and suppliers, responding to queries professionally and efficiently. * Check stock levels and support the smooth processing and fulfilment of customer orders. * Develop and apply an understanding of export procedures. * Identify and anticipate potential issues, taking ownership of problems through to resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have: * Previous experience working in a busy sales office or a similar administrative role. * Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * Confidence when speaking to customers over the telephone. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. * A flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
