On behalf of a very well-established client in Stoke on Trent, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician on a temporary basis. The company manufactures high technology equipment for a variety of industries and is looking for a candidate who is competent to carry out remedial electrical work on fixed electrical installations.
Duties:
- Carry out EICR remedial works, including C2, C3 and FI observations
- Replace and upgrade distribution boards
- Carry out industrial fault-finding, repairs, inspection and testing
- Test, commission and certify completed work in accordance with BS 7671
- Support ongoing electrical maintenance and breakdowns across the site
Ideally, you will hold the 18th Edition qualification and an inspection and testing qualification, such as City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent. Initially on a short-term temporary basis, the role could continue due to an increase in workload.
