What you'll be doing
- Assist with management of incoming enquiries
- Providing technical guidance during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and preparing detailed tenders or quotations.
- Engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Researching competitor activity, monitoring industry trends, and reporting sales performance to management.
- Working with sales teams, marketing, and new products departments to provide feedback to enable product improvement and maximise sales opportunities
Requirements
- Good Grades in Maths & English
- Be confident and abel to communicate with people at all levels
- Have an interest in engineering and ideally have studied a relevant subject or undertaken an apprenticeship
