Due to an increase in orders and company growth, I am currently looking to recruit a number of permanent Machine Operators for a specialist manufacturer near Stafford.
Duties:
- Operate machinery as per the Standard Operating procedures.
- Ensure hourly performance is monitored and recorded.
- Identify and correct product quality issues.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Complete cleaning tasks as per standard operating procedures.
- Record production data that ensures full product traceability.
The ideal requirements are:
- Educated to GCSE level.
- Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in an industrial environment.
This role is working a rota of 4 days in Week 1, Mon-Thu 6.45am to 7pm followed by 3 nights in Week 2, Mon - Wed 6.45pm to 7am.
