You’ll work closely with manufacturing, planning, engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams to keep schedules on track, materials flowing, and customer commitments met.\\n\\nThis is a role for someone who loves organisation, communication, and problem‑solving — and who wants to make a real impact on daily production performance.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monitor upcoming production and adjust schedules to address delays, equipment issues, or material shortages\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with internal teams to ensure materials, tooling, and resources are available\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage production backlog and ensure data accuracy\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead weekly new‑order review meetings and track resulting actions\\n\\n * \\n\\n Raise purchase order requests for materials and tooling\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monitor supply and demand to support planning decisions\\n\\n * \\n\\n Prepare accurate production reports, documentation, and records\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong organisational and communication skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels and build strong internal relationships\\n\\n * \\n\\n A proactive approach to problem‑solving\\n\\n * \\n\\n Comfort working in a dynamic manufacturing environment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience in production coordination, planning, or a similar role (preferred but not essential)\\n\\nPremier Placement Services are acting as an employment agency for this permanent role
