Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Aftermarket Sales Director to lead and grow their after-market business, with a clear ambition to drive revenues in this department. This is a pivotal role focused on defining and executing the aftermarket strategy across Surveys, Spares & Repairs, CRM, and Modifications. As part of a high-performing team, you’ll develop long-term customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the Aftermarket offering continues to deliver innovation, reliability, and exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Aftermarket sales strategy.
  • Lead quoting and delivery of Aftermarket solutions at targeted gross margins.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and CRM data to proactively service installed equipment.
  • Drive innovation, including Condition Monitoring and integrated service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain an effective, value-led pricing strategy to minimise equipment downtime.
  • Conduct regular updates and engagement with other departments to support the plan and identify other opportunities.

Requirements

Essential

  • Degree qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of the UK utility marketplace.
  • Experience structuring Aftermarket service offerings with a focus on speed, high margins, and quick execution.

Desirable

  • Experience in re-manufacture, refurbishment, or availability / asset management contracts.
