HGV CLASS 1 Trunker Driver Nights – PERMANENT, FULL TIME POSITION:

Leeds LS9 0RQ

Salary - £42,159.00 p.a. + Overtime at time/half

45 hour working week

Hours of work 22:00 start time - Sunday to Thursday

Benefiting from:

  • 33 days holiday per annum (inc. statutory holidays) + incremental days after 2yrs service, capped up to 10 years.
  • Set journey, Leeds to Haydock, leeds to Washington (Tyne and Wear), but flexibility is required
  • Keeping to the same vehicle the majority of time
  • PDA computer devices in place.
  • Full PPE supplied.

  • Successful candidates should be able to offer the following;
  • Category C + E driving licence, with Digi card and CPC
  • Previous experience desired
  • Knowledge of PDA an advantage.
  • Experience with use of Curtainsider trailers, strapping and securing loads.
  • Able to undertake manual lifting involving lifting up to 25 kgs
  • Flexible approach.
  • Fork lift licence an advantage
