PM Shift Warehouse Operative (Monday - Friday), Bristol BS2 0UQ

Salary £28,330 per annum with 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Full Time, Permanent, 40 hour week, plus overtime at time and a half

Working Hours - 10am to 7pm (Monday - Friday)

We are a busy Paper Merchant looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to work in our PM warehouse operation within our Bristol branch. As you can imagine within a busy warehouse environment, the Warehouse Operative role is physically demanding, requiring manual handling in addition to climbing in and out of our MHE. As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for preparing customer orders, ensuring high pick accuracy, maintaining high safety standards, and working as part of a small, dedicated team to meet performance targets. This is a physically demanding hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment where you work to deadlines and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, dispatch)
  • Maintain stock accuracy
  • Ensure health & safety compliance
  • Work closely with transport and sales teams to meet delivery targets

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good IT skills and experience using warehouse management systems
  • Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Flexi), refresher training available internally
