You'll be working alongside a dedicated team supplying personalised & bespoke packaging solutions to a wide range of sectors from food & drink, hospitality, museums/attractions & fashion to name but a few. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire

process, acting as a liaison between sales, design, and our

suppliers to ensure products are

orders from sales teams. Creating and maintaining detailed

files outlining specifications, materials, deadlines Managing multiple

simultaneously, tracking progress and identifying potential delays. Reviewing artwork for accuracy, colours, and compatibility. Liaising with designers/clients in relation to artwork revisions. Scheduling

production

with suppliers, ensuring timelines are met. Completing quality checks on

print ed products to ensure accuracy & consistency. Identifying and resolving quality issues with suppliers. Maintaining open communication with clients, sales teams, designers, and suppliers. Providing regular updates/reports on

ad dressing any concerns. Transferring of stock to relevant suppliers. Coordinating deliveries with fulfilment team to ensure timelines are met. Handling inbound customer enquiries by phone, email and online

and personalisation trials on new product types. Reviewing invoices and reconciling as appropriate to support finance team. Reviewing outsources stock management and wastage levels against
