process, acting as a liaison between sales, design, and our

suppliers to ensure products are

orders from sales teams. Creating and maintaining detailed

files outlining specifications, materials, deadlines Managing multiple
job
simultaneously, tracking progress and identifying potential delays. Reviewing artwork for accuracy, colours, and compatibility. Liaising with designers/clients in relation to artwork revisions. Scheduling
production
with suppliers, ensuring timelines are met. Completing quality checks on
print ed products to ensure accuracy & consistency. Identifying and resolving quality issues with suppliers. Maintaining open communication with clients, sales teams, designers, and suppliers. Providing regular updates/reports on
job s, identifying, and
ad dressing any concerns. Transferring of stock to relevant suppliers. Coordinating deliveries with fulfilment team to ensure timelines are met. Handling inbound customer enquiries by phone, email and online
(if required). Managing
print
and personalisation trials on new product types. Reviewing invoices and reconciling as appropriate to support finance team. Reviewing outsources stock management and wastage levels against
production . Monitor supplier performance at all times and drive continuous improvement. Preparing quotations and sales orders
(if required). Experience Experience in

preferred but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to work within a team as well as independently. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
