Join Premier Padel as a Licensing & Retail Executive and manage the day-to-day operational fulfilment of the Premier Padel e-commerce and retail partner whilst supporting the wider licensing team to ensure contractual rights are fully leveraged and maximised, and long-term partner relationships are built and maintained. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the growth of the tour in the world’s fastest growing sport. Availability for out of hours work may be required during tournament weeks (Monday-Sunday). The successful candidate will be expected to travel to tournaments, on a rotation-basis with other team members, and support remotely when not travelling, as needed.
Own and maintain the day-to-day management of the Premier Padel e-commerce and retail partnership with support from the Licensing & Merchandising Manager. Lead the end-to-end delivery of apparel and product initiatives across e-commerce and retail channels, including new product launches, capsule collections and in-market retail activations. Develop a deep understanding of Premier Padel’s commercial and brand objectives. Be the first point of contact between the e-commerce and retail partner and other stakeholders, both internal and external. Develop and execute licensing partner campaigns and activations that align with Premier Padel’s commercial and brand objectives. Working with Creative, Marketing, Brand, Social & Digital, Comms, Player Services and Operations. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging commercial opportunities. Maintain accurate critical paths, range plans, product approvals, forecasting and revenue reporting. Work with the marketing & brand team to manage the application and usage of IP rights, guiding and approving all product submissions to ensure brand consistency, creative integrity and compliance with licensing terms. Manage financial performance across assigned licensees, including royalty reporting, sales tracking and forecasting, ensuring accuracy, transparency and alignment to commercial targets. Manage merchandise requests for VIPs, team kit and internal requests by keeping track of VIK availability and working with our licensees to deliver product to strict deadlines. Communicate requirements, timelines and processes clearly to internal stakeholders to enable effective collaboration and the smooth delivery of licensing programmes across Product, Brand and Commercial teams. Provide administrative support to the Licensing & Merchandising Manager across internal stakeholders and licensees.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years experience on a Licensing or Sponsorship Executive role within a brand, agency, or rights holder, demonstrating relevant experience of working with international brands.
- Experience managing or working closely with a major e-commerce or retail partner in a licensing or brand environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail and activation processes.
- Experience in brand partnerships, licensing & e-commerce.
- Amicable team player with ability to create meaningful relationships.
- Ability to create branded content concepts and integrated campaigns.
- Excellent planning, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Experience working in or around sport is beneficial.
- Fluent in English. Spanish highly desirable. Other key languages (e.g. Italian, French) a bonus.
- Domestic & international travel will be required.
