We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Logistics Team Leader on behalf of our client based in Tonbridge, Kent. This is a permanent position with an immediate start, supporting the Shift Managers in a fast-paced, multi-channel logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead a team within a 24-hour warehouse operation, ensuring efficient day-to-day running of logistics functions including Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, and Reverse Logistics. This hands-on leadership role includes people and performance management, health and safety oversight, and supporting shift administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year+ warehouse experience, ideally within a Retail or Multi-Channel environment
- Proven Team Leader experience in a warehouse setting
- Experience working on operational shifts in a fast-paced, 24-hour logistics environment
- Familiarity with health & safety, people management, and performance management
- Ability to operate across all logistics functions: Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, Reverse Logistics
- Forklift licence/experience required
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Organised, proactive, and performance-driven
