Sales Consultant (Luxury Brands) – NANTWICH / KEELE
£25,000 – £30,000 + PLUS Bonus Structure
KPI Recruiting for partnered with a very well established and very prestigious Cheshire based organisation, for the recruitment of a retail sales executive. You will have experience within luxury retail due to the nature of the business. Full training will be provided on the products offered. Previous sales experience is essential, ideally within high end fashion brands or accessories.

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join this dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a respected and supportive organisation, who are known for their retention of staff and career development.
YOUR ROLE
- Providing a personalised and high-quality experience to every customer
- Building and maintaining strong relationships
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the store
- Assisting with special events and promotional activities
- Delivering and achieving sales targets
YOU WILL BE/ HAVE
- Sales experience within luxury retail, High end hospitality.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- A professional, well-presented manner and excellent communication skills
- A proactive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
HOURS
- Typically 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday
- 5 working days per week, including one Saturday
- One full weekend off every four weeks
- Occasional extended hours for special events (with advance notice)
