As a Chef De partie your working hours and days are:
- Friday to Sunday
- 30-36 hours per week, can go up to 40 hours.
The rate of pay as a Chef De Partie is:
- £16.00 p/h
Duties And Responsibilities As a Chef De Partie Are
- Cooking and preparing high quality dishes
- Being responsible for health and safety
- Being responsible for food hygiene practices
- Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
- Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
The ideal candidate for a Chef De Partie would need:
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (must have)
- Experience as a Chef De Partie
- Be able to stay calm under pressure
- A good eye for detail/ presentation
