We are seeking an Experienced Bridging Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients seeking bridging finance solutions. Your extensive knowledge of financial services will enable you to assess client needs effectively and recommend suitable products that align with their financial goals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the bridging process.
We are a Directly Authorised Mortgage and Insurance company. We have grown over the years and offer mortgage, insurances, secured loans & bridging finance in-house. We provide full training to ensure you are maximising your earning potential whilst our admin and in-house compliance team offer support.
You: You will already be a qualified experienced Bridging advisor with CAS status & CeMAP 1-3 or equivalent & minimum 1 years experience. You will deliver the highest standards of professional advice and conduct full and thorough fact finds over the telephone to identify client needs & be able to recommend bespoke solutions to meet customer needs in a compliant manner. Full case manager admin and compliance support will be provided together with the provision of the leads. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine their bridging finance needs.
- Liaise with lenders and financial institutions to secure the best possible terms for clients.
- Provide tailored advice on bridging loans, including terms, conditions, and repayment options.
- Prepare and present detailed advice and suitability reports and documentation for client applications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulatory changes affecting bridging finance.
