To provide administrative and MRP system support to the Modular Building Operations team, ensuring accurate input and maintenance of material and labour BOMs, project data, and operational records to support efficient project delivery and production planning.

Experience, Qualifications & Person Spec:

  • Previous administration or data entry experience within an operational, manufacturing, or construction environment preferred.
  • Experience using MRP/ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Create, maintain, and update material and labour Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the MRP system.
  • Input and validate project and operational data accurately and within required timescales.
  • Support Project Coordinators with administrative and system-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and system data.
  • Liaise with Procurement, Production, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure information accuracy.
  • Generate reports and extract data from the MRP system as required.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and data management standards.
