The Role: You will play a key role in leading recruitment activity across the business whilst supporting the delivery of a high-quality HR service to managers and employees. You will act as the central point of contact for recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage and retain top talent across a variety of professional, technical and operational roles. Alongside this, you will support wider HR initiatives that contribute to employee engagement, retention, diversity and business growth.
