Reports to: HR Manager

Purpose: Premier Modular are now recognised as one of the leading modular building providers in the country, and one of the biggest employers within the Hull and East Yorkshire region. Working within a thriving and growing industry with prestigious contracts across healthcare, commercial & department for Education alongside other sectors, we have aggressive and exciting growth plans to help grow and develop the business further.

The Role: You will play a key role in leading recruitment activity across the business whilst supporting the delivery of a high-quality HR service to managers and employees. You will act as the central point of contact for recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage and retain top talent across a variety of professional, technical and operational roles. Alongside this, you will support wider HR initiatives that contribute to employee engagement, retention, diversity and business growth. Experience, Qualifications & Training:

  • CIPD level 3
