Based in East Yorkshire, we operate five state-of-the-art on-site manufacturing facilities, using the latest construction methods and technology.
Due to continued contract wins and a strong forward order book, we are expanding our workforce and offering our most competitive package to date, including industry-leading pay rates, enhanced overtime and realistic bonus earning potential. We are now recruiting Modular Operatives at all skill levels, from lower-skilled to fully-skilled, on permanent contracts. Whether you are currently working on site, in manufacturing, or in a similar trade environment, this is a great opportunity to move into a stable, indoor, factory-based role with consistent hours and long-term progression.
Qualifications & Experience
- Modular or caravan joinery and assembly
- Plasterboarding and stud walling
- Flooring, roofing and partitioning
- Installing windows, doors and architraves
Formal qualifications such as Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Joinery or Carpentry are desirable, however we also welcome experienced tradespeople who are qualified through hands-on experience.
