We are looking to recruit a Marina Operative at Universal Marina on the stunning River Hamble. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, dedicated team that works hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
This multi‑facetted role offers a great opportunity for a customer‑focused individual with a flexible work ethic to join our team in a busy purpose‑built marina and boatyard.
- Proven customer service or customer‑facing experience
- Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations
- Ability to learn and use computer software systems
- A "can‑do" attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- A good knowledge of boats and experience driving plant would be desirable but not essential; training will be provided where required.
- A full clean UK driving licence is essential.
This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and will follow a duty rota of 10 days on, 4 days off, including weekends and Bank/Public holidays.
