Marina Operative in Chichester

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role involving a range of duties across the marina. You\’ll work as part of a rota, which will include some weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and occasional night shifts.

• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a busy marine environment
• Reliable, adaptable, and keen to learn new skills
• Confident using computer systems
• Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and nights when required
• In possession of a full UK driving licence
• Boating or marina experience is an advantage—but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.
