This position is part of a small hardworking team and involves multi‑faceted duties across boatyard, dry stack operations, pontoons, marina reception, general maintenance, and site cleanliness. A good knowledge of boats and experience driving plant would be an advantage, but training will be provided if required.

This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions on a 7‑day shift pattern, with some weekends and bank/public holidays as required. A full UK driving licence is essential.
