The position of Marina Operative has become available at Premier Marinas\’ Swanwick Marina on the idyllic River Hamble.

The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following in order to qualify for consideration:

  • Proven customer service or customer facing experience
  • Must have a “can do” attitude
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person with a flexible work ethic to join our team. The ability to use multiple IT systems and deliver outstanding customer service is essential.

A good knowledge of boats would be desirable but not essential as training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential.

This role includes working both indoors and outdoors in all weathers and includes working days, nights, weekends and bank holidays as required to keep our marina operational all year round.
