We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, hardworking team at Premier Marinas’ Portland Marina in the stunning Jurassic Coast. As the face and personality of the marina, you will play a vital part in how we are viewed by berth holders and visitors to our site. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, with a flexible work ethic, to join a fast-paced team in a great location.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face and personality of the marina.
- Handle customer enquiries and sales with excellent service.
- Work primarily from the office, including some outdoor tasks.
- Participate in a rota system that includes weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications:
- Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service.
- A good understanding of enquiry and sales handling.
- Ability to learn and use computer software systems.
- A can do attitude and flexible approach to teamwork.
- Experience of boating would be advantageous but is not essential.
