Premier Marinas is seeking a Night Shift Marina Operative to join our friendly and professional team at Chichester Marina. What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out regular patrols and safety checks around the marina
- Monitoring and managing access to secure areas
- Providing excellent customer service to berth holders and visitors
- Using CCTV systems to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Working 12-hour night shifts, including some weekends and Bank/Public Holidays
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability within a busy operational environment
- Confidence using computer systems
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone eager to learn and ready to grow.
