Role

  • Be an integral member of the Premier League Studios Design Team, supporting midweight and senior creatives with your enthusiasm, craft, and eye for detail.
  • Assist in versioning, clipping, and asset creation, as well as taking ownership of smaller design briefs from concept to completion.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table–actively contribute to brainstorming and inspiration sessions, helping shape the department’s creative direction.
  • Create visually engaging Keynote and PowerPoint presentations to showcase our team’s best work across the business.
  • Keep a pulse on design trends, tools, and technologies–especially in AI–always exploring how they can enhance the creative process.
  • Collaborate with producers, editors, and designers across live, digital, and brand output–every brief is an opportunity to learn and make your mark.

Requirements

  • A portfolio or showreel that shines with creativity, design thinking, and promise – whether from College/University, professional work, or passion projects.
  • Understanding of football, sports broadcast culture, branding, and current media trends.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with After Effects at the heart of your toolkit.
  • A knack for visual storytelling and a drive to find innovative ways to bring ideas to life.
  • Adaptability and calm under pressure—tight turnarounds are part of the game.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the confidence to collaborate openly with the team both in person and online.
