This 14-month fixed term contract, Client Services Representative job in Farnborough is ideal for individuals with experience in a PA / admin background whilst providing high standards of customer service within a fast-paced environment. You will be joining their Client Services team of 9, with the purpose of liaising with their Financial Advisers and clients to arrange and book annual review meetings, issuing appointment packs and undertaking other administrative tasks when required. This role will require excellent planning and organisational skills, a professional telephone manner, building relationships and good administration skills to create an excellent client service. Our client is an award-winning financial services business, so it is important you have an interest in this industry. They also believe in supporting career progression for their team members. Therefore would help support you with industry qualifications through CII Level 4 Diploma, if this is of interest to you.
Client Services Representative Requirements
- We are seeking individuals with PA / admin background, used to handling multiple cases, making telephone calls and delivering excellent client service.
- Essential - have 5 GCSE’s grades A*-C/9-4, including Maths & English.
- Essential - have an excellent telephone manner, be able to relate to people and not get flustered in conversations.
- Desirable - individuals with Business related degree (or equivalent).
- You must be confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.

This multi-award winning, people focused business is a well-respected Independent Financial Advice firm. Based in Farnborough, they have a relaxed working environment. You will be joining their Client Liaison team of 9.
Client Services Representative Benefits
- Salary of £26,000 - £29,000 plus Private Medical Insurance, Income Protection, Life Assurance, Critical Illness cover and Pension scheme 6% Employer, 3% Employee.
- Social committee organise regular events and 1-day annual allowance for Charity work.
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- This is a fixed term contract for 14 months.
- 7 hours per day with 1 hour for lunch, with the team working on a rota basis to take calls between 8:30am – 5:30pm.
- Working from their head office.
